Awesome debut novel!

Burying the Honeysuckle Girls is a story told with dual time lines. Jinn’s story, 1937 Alabama setting, alternates with her great-granddaughter, Althea’s, which is set in 2012 Alabama. Althea is racing against the clock, before her 30th birthday, to understand what happened to the women in her lineage. They either go crazy, commit suicide, or both…or is there another explanation to the mystery going on here.
