A Thousand Butterfly Wishes is such a beautiful love story. Nurse Rachel is a very quirky, fun, likeable character. The character development is amazing. I loved getting to know Ruth, Desi, Colonel, Dotti and of course Nico. And the mysterious Ambrose makes an appearance from the author’s first book. I want to read more about the never aging, Ambrose. Fabulous!
The ending has a Nicholas Sparks feel to it, so get the tissues out.
